What this inventory does not do
It does not upload photographs, authenticate materials, calculate value, create an insurance appraisal, or synchronize across devices. Use separate secure storage for receipts, appraisals, images, and export files.
Recommended recordkeeping
- Photograph front, back, sides, closure, marks, damage, and box.
- Keep the seller’s exact material claim rather than upgrading it in your notes.
- Record repairs and replacement parts.
- Review the inventory after gifts, sales, moves, and insurance changes.
